SHIPPING

Sidewall Distribution ships to all 50 states in the USA . Currently we do NOT ship to addresses outside of the USA . Sidewall does not assume responsibility for merchandise damaged or lost during shipping. Sidewall will provide shipment tracking numbers, but accepts no further liability. Damaged shipments are to be reported directly to the carrier driver and to Sidewall upon delivery of shipment.

 

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES

All orders are double checked, carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition.  Any shipment discrepancy (shortages or misships) must be reported within five (5) days of delivery date.  We will not honor any exchanges or refunds if Sidewall is not contacted within the five (5) days of delivery date.

 

Make sure to check all boxes received before signing for the shipment.
